Delivery

When your shopping cart is full, proceed to the Checkout page. We’ll deliver the order promptly to the address you specify, be it home, office, hotel or wherever in Bratislava and Slovakia might be convenient for you.

Wellenmark Delivery Service is open daily from Monday to Friday for deliveries from 10 am to 8 pm, closing for weekends and public holidays.

 

Delivery in Bratislava 

1. Delivery Time and Costs in Bratislava

1.1. Order delivery takes up to 4 hours after its successful submission on the website – or alternatively at a time of your choosing.

Please note:

  • Orders placed before 6:00 pm will be delivered the same day by 8 pm.
  • Delivery of orders placed through the online store after 6:00 pm of the current day will be executed on the next day, at a time convenient for the buyer.

1.2. The buyer may postpone the delivery for up to 14 days by specifying the desired time and date of delivery during order submission. This will ensure efficient planning – you don’t have to worry about goods shortages and delivery terms. For more information, please see the User’s Guide.

1.3. Delivery on weekends and public holidays is only for orders over €200, by prior arrangement. The delivery cost is negotiated individually (0944 935 365).

1.4. Delivery cost (one or several gift baskets) to any place in Bratislava (single address) starts from €4,00 with VAT.

1.5. We offer free delivery across Slovakia for orders of €80 or more.

 

2. Delivery Options in Bratislava:

2.1. Client pick-up from the Wellenmark retail store:

2.1.1. After placing an order in the on-line store the buyer can choose the ‘Client pick-up’ delivery option and collect the order at a convenient time (for three working days following the date of order confirmation) at our stores. Business hours: 10am - 06pm

On arriving at the Wellenmark store, the buyer will provide the order number as received via SMS-message or by email after the order submission, pay the amount and collect the order.

2.1.2. During the next three days, the order placed by the buyer is reserved at the Wellenmark retail store. Failure to collect the order over this period means that the buyer refuses to comply with the Purchase Contract, providing grounds for its cancellation. If the uncollected order was prepaid, the money will be refunded to the buyer as per standard procedure.

The buyer can cancel the Client pick-up option by phoning: 0948 041 143 or by directly visiting the store, where an alternative selection of any other items can be made.

2.2. Courier Delivery:

2.2.1. Courier delivery is carried out as specified in Section 1.

2.3. Express Courier Delivery:

2.3.1. For anyone who wants to enjoy their selection instantly, Wellenmark offers the express delivery service – we are ready to deliver your order within an hour after order submission.

2.3.2. All terms of express delivery are negotiated individually over the telephone and depend on the delivery address and on the workload of the delivery service.

2.4. Courier Delivery to Multiple Addresses:

2.4.1. You can place multiple orders and have them delivered to your partners, clients or colleagues in different locations. To do this, when placing the orders, please provide the details of each recipient and select the delivery time.

2.4.2. If the total cost of the orders exceeds €80, the first order is delivered free of charge, while the delivery of other orders is charged as per Section 1.4.

2.4.3. After each delivery, the client is sent a delivery receipt.

 

Delivery in Slovakia

3. Delivery Time and Costs in Slovakia

3.1. We deliver to any city in Slovakia.

3.2. Please note that all orders outside Bratislava can be prepaid online or at the moment of delivery (cash on delivery).

3.3. The cost of the delivery is based on the cost of delivery services (from €2,5 to €4,0).

3.4. The day after your order is placed, we will send your goods to the delivery service which usually delivers it within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).

3.5. We offer free delivery across Slovakia for orders of €80 or more.

 

Delivery to Czech Republic

4.1. We deliver to any city in Czech Republic.

4.2. Please note that all orders outside Bratislava can be prepaid online or at the moment of delivery (cash on delivery).

4.3. The cost of the delivery is based on the cost of delivery services (€8).

4.4. The day after your order is placed, we will send your goods to the delivery service which usually delivers it within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).

 

Delivery to EU Countries

5.1. We deliver to the next EU Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany,  Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithunia, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

5.2. Please note that all orders to EU countries require 100% prepayment online.

5.3. The cost of the order and its delivery is calculated based on the value of the constituent products, their weight and the cost of delivery services.

5.4. The day after your order is placed, we will send your goods to the delivery service which usually delivers it up to 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Worldwide Delivery

6. Delivery Time and Costs

6.1. We deliver to the next Countries: Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iceland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Panama, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Serbia, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, United States of America.

Please note that delivery for orders containing decorated gift baskets is currently not possible.

6.2. Please note that all orders to that countries require 100% prepayment online.

6.3. The cost of the order and its delivery is calculated based on the value of the constituent products, their weight and the cost of delivery services.

6.4. The day after your order is placed, we will send your goods to the delivery service which usually delivers it up to 20 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  

General Provisions

7. General Provisions

7.1. All details of the placed order and the delivery are supplied via email or SMS message sent to the telephone number of the buyer. The message contains all the necessary information and specifies the total cost.

7.2. If necessary, the buyer may change the delivery date or address up to two hours before the scheduled date of delivery. For this, the buyer must inform our managers about his decision by telephoning: 0948 041 143

We ask you to inform us promptly about any change to the order’s delivery terms, its composition or its complete cancellation.

7.3. Delivery is made to the buyer or the person indicated as the recipient of the order. If the above-mentioned persons are unable to receive the order, it is given to the person able to provide the delivery person with order information (order number and/or name, surname of the recipient) and full payment for the order.

7.4. To prevent fraud and to fulfil our obligations as per Section 4.6. of our Terms and Conditions, when delivering a prepaid order the delivery person is authorised to request a document certifying the identity of the buyer and/or record the type and number of the document provided by the recipient on the order receipt. The seller guarantees confidentiality and protection of personal information based on the Law No. 122/2013 Z.z. Privacy Statement.

7.5. When receiving the order from the courier, the buyer must examine the delivered goods and check the quantity and range against the invoice, as well as ensuring the integrity of the packaging. If there are no concerns about the appearance and composition of the delivered goods, the buyer signs the “Order Delivery Form” and pays for the order if it is not prepaid.

7.6. Signature of the delivery documents means that the buyer has no concerns regarding the goods and their composition, and that the seller has fully and properly executed its obligations on goods delivery and transfer.

7.7. If the goods have been accepted and are of adequate quality, the store shall not accept any claims regarding this matter. For more information, please see the Warranties and Refunds Section.

7.8. The Buyer may refuse to accept part of the order, paying only for the goods they deem acceptable. The courier will calculate the total cost of the order and make necessary changes in the receipt. If after re-calculation the total price of the order eligible for free delivery falls below €80, the delivery will be charged at our standard delivery cost of €5,50.

7.9. Full cancellation of the order means no delivery payment.

7.10. The courier’s stay at the address of the buyer is limited to 20 (twenty) minutes, regardless of the quantity of goods in the order; we ask you to kindly resolve all issues within the given time limit.

 

8. Restricted Area Delivery

8.1. Orders are delivered by automobile transportation, so if you are in a restricted area, please provide the closest possible access to the receiving point. When placing the order, please inform us if there is a significant distance from a parking space to the receiving point, so that the courier timing is calculated correctly.

In this case, you may be required to help with the unloading if a large quantity of goods has been ordered.

8.2 If you are in a restricted area with an entrance fee or parking fee, you must pay the entrance to the area or the parking lot when ordering.

 

9. Order Delivery Restrictions

9.1. We are unable to transfer the order to the buyer if:

  • An incorrect address has been provided when placing the order;
  • The buyer was absent from the location on the stated delivery time;

In these cases, re-delivery is possible subject to the buyer and the seller agreeing on new delivery terms and providing the buyer pays the required costs, which can be clarified by phoning: 0944 935 365

9.2. We do not deliver alcohol and gift baskets containing alcoholic beverages to clients under 18 years of age. If you are lucky enough to look like a minor, smile at the delivery person and please show your ID.

9.3.The seller shall make every effort to comply with the terms of the order delivery to the buyer but bears no responsibility for delays that may happen or have occurred due to unforeseen circumstances. The seller also reserves the right to change the date of the order delivery, while undertaking to inform the buyer in advance about the delay period and to arrange a new delivery deadline.
